A beautifully crafted room which just oozes passion, you can tell that Gavin has really thought about the attention to detail and build of this room. Whilst not the largest space, it doesn’t matter as the decor has been placed wisely to maximize the space. From the classic office space to the more technological lab, everything is spot on, and has a lovely handcrafted feel. There are numerous nods for the Jurassic Park fan which are a lovely touch
Game Play:
A game that moved well between linear and open moments, with a wide variety of puzzles, logic, word, observation, skill there was a really good mix.
Puzzles were exceptional in their logic and every solve had the most wonderful Ah-ha moment. A room that really encourages players to put their faith in the game and trust the design.
Flow was wonderful, with excellent signposting leading us through the game. Any slow downs or sticking points were entirely down to our failings, not the game!
The puzzles in this game seemingly came from the game, and were woven intrinsically into the narrative which is revealed throughout the game.
A REAL hidden gem that, is gonna please everyone! Enthusiasts will love the clever nature of the puzzles and newbies will enjoy the theme, and the way the room will teach them how to play escape room, it would be a wonderful first game!
Clue System: Clues were delivered via a walkie talkie.
