Theme:
“A rogue policeman, Brian Miller, has been obsessed for some time with finding John Doe’s killer. In his eyes the evidence points to you and your friends!
One of your group will be Taken and locked away, leaving you with two tasks: rescue your friend  AND escape the room. Although you are separated, the entire group will be able to work together to complete the challenge.
Officer Miller has been very clever in the way he has hidden clues around his somewhat dilapidated room with some impressive gadgets used along the way.
You will need to do some searching within the room as well as solving puzzles if you want to make your escape.
This room is no normal room – let’s just say it’s lacking in some of the comforts of our other rooms – but it’s just as much fun!”

Yep… although there were only 2 of us, Ian was still taken away and padlocked in a cell! Theming was good here, a seemingly sparse room, and a dilapidated cell!

Game Play:
A perfect mix of puzzles, key finding and codes hidden in obvious places (YES IAN this is aimed at you) A very, very enjoyable room!

Clue System:
Clues were delivered on a screen, with helpful pictures too!

Game Host:
Our Game Host was the same girl from when we played Contagion, and was as friendly and helpful as ever, and played the game perfectly with us!

Did we escape?
Yes! with about 5 mins to go because someone didn’t find the easiest code in the game. (IAN)
Website: http://www.escapeblackpool.com
Price: £44 based on 2 people

So that’s us done at Escape Blackpool for the time being… until they open a new room! I think that the DaVinci room was my fave out of the 3, with Taken taking 2nd place and Contagion close behind in 3rd. See you guys as soon as you get a 4th room!
